Responsibilities

Develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and automate workflows with Power Automate
Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse) and external systems
Create dashboards and reports using Power BI for actionable insights
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Ensure data security and compliance with organizational standards
Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend enhancements

Required

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Dataverse, and Azure services
Proficiency in Power FX, C#, and experience with SharePoint Online
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Must be able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Must be hands-on and not afraid to ask questions

Preferred

Ideally has UI/UX customizations experience
