Responsibilities
Define and own the enterprise analytics roadmap, including the exploration and application of emerging AI/ML techniques
Identify and activate opportunities to link first-, second-, and third-party data to generate competitive advantage
Coach, mentor, and develop a diverse team of senior and junior analysts; establish clear goals, provide continuous feedback, and recognize performance to build a high-performing analytics culture
Synthesize internal sales, operations, and cloud-native data sources into compelling, executive-ready narratives
Translate business questions into structured qualitative and quantitative analytics plans
Build and maintain an enterprise intelligence layer that supports self-service dashboards and a centralized knowledge repository
Lead prioritization efforts in partnership with business functions; scope and manage cross-functional projects, teams, and vendors to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
Maintain trusted relationships with senior leadership, stakeholders, IT partners, and peers across functions
Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Lead continuous monitoring of competitive products, market trends, and emerging disruptions
Promote systems thinking across the analytics team and peer leadership groups to support organizational cohesion and innovation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
10+ years of experience in advanced analytics and business intelligence with increasing scope and impact
10+ years of experience delivering business intelligence solutions, market and sales analytics, and strategic insights
5+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams and budgets, including remote or matrixed resources
5+ years of executive-level leadership of an analytics or insights function in a global environment
5+ years of experience creating intuitive, interactive visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or comparable programming languages for large-scale data manipulation
Demonstrated expertise with cloud-native data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS)
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%
Preferred
Master's degree in STEM, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
