Growth Engagement Specialist

The Growth Engagement Specialist role involves outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales to connect with HR leaders and promote well transitioned™, a unique offboarding benefit.
Responsibilities
Daily cold calls to HR leaders (high-volume, high-quality outreach)
Email outreach using proven scripts
LinkedIn messaging sequences
Following up consistently and professionally
Run full-cycle sales: outreach → discovery → demo → close
Present well transitioned™ in a compelling, human-centered way
Manage pipeline in our CRM
Follow structured outreach cadences
Communicate with empathy, confidence, and clarity
Introduce a new category of benefits that organizations need
Build long-term, recurring relationships with HR partners
Stay informed about HR trends, layoffs, turnover, people operations
Bring insights back to the team to refine messaging
Qualification
Required
Experience in outbound sales (any industry)
Comfortable with high-volume calling
Excellent communication skills
Coachable and adaptable
Organized and reliable
Able to work independently
