Brand Engagement Team Member - Midwest U.S.
Grain & Barrel Spirits is seeking a Midwest Brand Engagement Team Member to manage brand execution for Chicken Cock Whiskey across several states. This role focuses on commercial development, brand education, and consumer engagement through various initiatives and events.
Responsibilities
Secure new on-premise accounts and expand permanent placements throughout the Southeast territory
Drive POD growth and secure strategic cocktail menu features
Conduct distributor ride-withs and collaborate with sales teams to increase depletion velocity
Support retail barrel sales and execute high-impact retail programs
Lead in-person and virtual barrel tastings, staff trainings, Distributor GSMs, and whiskey dinners
Assist with hosting VIP guests and assisting with commercial impact opportunities at either one of Chicken Cock Whiskey’s brand homes, Circa 1856, in Louisville and Bardstown, KY
Serve as a trusted product expert for bartenders, managers, distributors, and consumers
Reinforce brand standards and CCW storytelling consistently across all markets
Host pop-ups, account features, and regional consumer activations
Secure social media brand features from on-premise and retail partners
Support key market media opportunities and strategic partnerships
Execute and support one major national event per quarter
Contribute to content creation, innovation initiatives, and best-practice sharing
Deliver timely recaps and documentation from market activity, events, and programs
Qualification
Required
3+ years in beverage alcohol sales, brand ambassador, or market management roles
3+ years in direct on-premise/bar management experience
Proven ability to drive account openings, menu placements, and in-market activations
Well-spoken and articulated; comfortable leading trainings, tastings, and consumer experiences
Travel Requirement: regiment should follow a split of 60% home market, 30% broader markets, and 10% national event execution & initiatives
