Senior Program Director, Professional Services

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale EPM programs across multiple clients
Define program scope, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful outcomes
Drive governance, risk management, and compliance throughout the program lifecycle
Develop and implement program methodologies and best practices to enhance delivery efficiency
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure program success and ROI
Lead and mentor a team of consultants and project managers, fostering growth and high performance
Conduct regular performance reviews, career development planning, and team engagement initiatives
Implement talent acquisition and retention strategies to build and maintain a high-performing team
Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the professional services organization
Partner with Sales teams to support pre-sales activities, solution scoping, and proposal development
Engage with customers as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between business objectives and solution delivery
Work closely with consulting teams to ensure technical and functional excellence in implementation
Collaborate with Product Management to provide market insights and feature recommendations based on client needs
Coordinate with Marketing to develop case studies and thought leadership content showcasing successful implementations
Provide thought leadership in Customer Close & Consolidation, Planning, and FP&A processes
Ensure best practices in JustPerform configuration, data integration, and workflow optimization
Stay current on EPM trends and regulatory requirements (IFRS, GAAP)
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of industry-specific EPM solutions and use cases
Contribute to the development of accelerators and templates to expedite implementation processes
Communicate program status, risks, and benefits to executive stakeholders
Build strong relationships with client leadership to drive adoption and satisfaction
Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and manage escalations effectively
Develop and present business cases for program expansions or new initiatives to key decision-makers
Oversee program budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization and profitability
Develop pricing strategies for complex engagements in collaboration with Sales and Finance teams
Monitor and report on program financials, including revenue recognition and cost management
Implement and maintain quality control processes across all program deliverables
Conduct regular program audits to ensure adherence to methodology and quality standards
Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years specifically in EPM implementations
PMP or equivalent program management certification
CPA, CMA, or finance-related certification
Demonstrated expertise in Close & Consolidation, Planning, and FP&A processes
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex EPM programs
Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP principles
Hands-on experience with JustPerform or similar EPM platforms (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BPC)
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing professionals
Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives
Proficiency in stakeholder management and building client relationships

Preferred

10-15 years experience in pre-sales and solution architecture for EPM tools
Experience with ERP systems and data integration methodologies
Knowledge of agile project management methodologies
Familiarity with change management principles and practices
Industry certifications in relevant EPM platforms
Experience in a Big 4 consulting firm or similar professional services environment
Multilingual capabilities to support global implementations
