The Quality Engineering Intern will assist in overseeing production and new product introduction activities while being mentored by a Quality Engineer to resolve manufacturing quality issues.

Responsibilities

Utilize quality tools and disciplines in response to customer quality concerns and internal quality improvement plans

Develop work instructions for inspection/testing for QC personnel Design and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy

Perform RCCA and CLCA and recommend corrective action for customer quality concerns and complaints. Support RMA/MRB material disposition

Develop inspection check fixtures

Report on particle count for clean room

Help in addressing Supplier Quality issues

On hand type of person, mechanical engineering, special process engineering
