Responsibilities
Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for sales teams and senior management
Analyze sales performance against goals, revenue trends, account activity, and identify growth opportunities
Translate business needs into reporting solutions using datasets from AWS, Snowflake, Tableau, and Salesforce.com
Build and maintain forecasting models leveraging pipeline data, historical results, and market dynamics
Ensure accuracy and integrity of all reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues
Provide insights and recommendations based on KPIs and market analysis to support strategic decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field
3–5 years of analytical or sales operations experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools such as Tableau and Salesforce.com
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
