They are seeking a motivated student to join their team as a Construction Management Intern for Summer 2026, providing real-world exposure to construction projects and daily management operations.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and design engineers

Complete all assigned tasks on time, within budget, and in accordance with the project scope

Maintain document control for all correspondence, RFIs, submittals, and other project-related documents

Learn to read and understand plans and specifications, including the construction contractor's means and methods

Learn to test, document, and ensure the quality of the contractor's work, adhering to project and industry standards

Complete other duties as required or assigned

Required

This is an entry level position where no previous experience is required

Currently enrolled in a college construction management or related program

Valid Driver's License

Ability to pass and maintain required certifications
