Lunds & Byerlys is a family-owned grocery retailer seeking a full-time Front End Manager to enhance the shopping experience for customers. The role involves managing front end operations, assisting customers, and leading front end staff to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting customers
Managing and assisting Front End operations including:
Scanning items
Entering pricing data
Processing payment
Packaging groceries
Resolving any checkout concerns
Bookkeeping and payroll processing
Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and training front-end staff
Scheduling front end staff
Hire and train front end staff
Assist Operations Manager in other assigned tasks

Qualification

Required

Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent experience
One or more years' experience in with payroll, scheduling, and all aspects of bookkeeping
Prior team leadership experience
Strong knowledge of retail operations
Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
