Responsibilities
Interview, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate front desk attendants, PBX operators, night auditors, bell persons, doorpersons, and chauffeurs
Supervise and support staff members with verifying the accuracy of guest accounts, guest arrival and check-out processes, organizing transportation needs, answering phones, running reports, performing accounting functions, and other front office needs
Communicate with guests to address billing questions or other inquiries and concerns. Follow up on these opportunities to ensure resolutions effectively meet guest needs, deliver on service excellence, and create memorable guest experiences
Manage reservations by blocking rooms and adding or changing reservation details to maximize occupancy and revenue
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
18 years of age or older
2 years Front Office experience
Must have a valid Driver's License
Completion of high school or GED
Post-employment - RAMP Certification
Proven Employee/Guest relations, problem solving, and organization skills
Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
Professional Image Representative of Property Image
Must embody Hershey Entertainment and Resorts core values (Devoted to the Legacy, Selfless Spirit of Service, Team Focused, Respectful of Others)
Must be able to speak and read the English language
