Responsibilities
Greet customers upon arrival and provide prompt, courteous service
Proactively call customers to prospect for new business
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
Establish and maintain relationships with customers to provide financial services
Open new accounts, process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately and efficiently
Perform CSR (Teller) duties depending on business needs
Balance cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies
Maintain accurate recordkeeping
Execute transactions for customers according to their instructions
Answer customer inquiries to provide appropriate information and recommend financial products and services
Cross-sell bank products and services to customers
Maintain a clean and professional workstation
Adhere to all security procedures and regulations to minimize risk
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies
Monitor customer feedback and provide insights for product and process improvements
Ensures compliance with established Bank policies and procedures. Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and related laws as they pertain to the Bank Secrecy Act in conjunction with the USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering and Customer Information Program
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2-3 years of experience in financial services or a related field
Knowledge of financial services regulations and procedures
Strong customer service skills
Cash handling experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Working knowledge of banking software applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to adhere to banking regulations and procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to effectively and efficiently present information and respond to questions from customers
