Responsibilities

Conduct school presentations and recruitment events
Build partnerships with schools, PTOs, and community organizations
Develop recruitment plans and follow-up strategies
Identify and onboard new volunteer leaders
Support training and leadership development
Co-lead recruitment campaigns with volunteers
Promote participation in programs and camps
Cultivate community and chartered partnerships
Assist with fundraising campaigns and reporting
Maintain clear communication between council and district volunteers

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Flexible schedule; occasional evenings/weekends
