Responsibilities

Lead the US Public Sector State, Local, and Education (SLED) team
Develop and execute multi-year business strategies and account plans
Handle complex, strategic accounts and engage directly with senior decision-makers and C-level executives
Lead and evolve the sales team

Required

12+ years of experience in technology sales, with a strong record of consistently exceeding targets
5+ year's developing and executing multi-year business strategies and account plans
3+ year's experience handling complex, strategic accounts and engaging directly with senior decision-makers and C-level executives
4+ years leading a evolving sales team
Prior or current experience selling to public sector or Federal customers

Preferred

Understanding of Cisco's solutions and competitive advantages
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated success collaborating across cross-functional teams and with stakeholders in both pre- and post-sales environments
