Responsibilities

Own the full front end of the sales cycle for new business, focused on sourcing, qualifying, and advancing new enterprise opportunities
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline by identifying and engaging specialty retailers that fit the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), including industry alignment and spend size
Drive qualified evaluations, not just demos, ensuring opportunities represent serious, high-intent prospects
Leverage existing industry relationships to open doors and generate meetings with decision-makers across retail organizations
Represent company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities, serving as a polished and credible brand ambassador
Build long-term relationships with prospective clients through consistent, consultative engagement
Partner closely with the CRO and broader leadership team to progress opportunities and support deal closure
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across product positioning, value proposition, and client needs
Develop and maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, prioritization, and follow-through
Track qualified leads, opportunity progression, and revenue contribution with a strong sense of urgency and accountability

Required

7+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience, with a strong emphasis on new logo acquisition
Deep experience selling retail technology, specifically within the specialty retail space
Proven success selling B2B SaaS solutions with complex buying cycles
Demonstrated ability to build pipeline through relationships, industry presence, and proactive outreach
Strong executive presence with exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Comfort operating autonomously as a senior individual contributor with a pure selling mindset
Willingness and aptitude for frequent travel to drive success
