Senior Financial Analyst
McKinstry is innovating the waste and climate harm out of the built environment and creating lasting impact. They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to manage corporate budgeting, develop financial policies, and conduct financial analysis to support the Offsite Manufacturing Platform division.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the development of the organization’s finance policies
Prepares the design and development of enterprise wide technology enabled business intelligence capabilities
Conducts special studies and prepares the statistical studies
Solves problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires the evaluation of complex factors
Builds complex financial models, drafts comprehensive budgets, and assists in financial deal analysis and negotiations
Develops and generates clear and concise reports utilizing Business Objects
Participates in the development and implementation of new reporting tools and administers those tools going forward
Responsible for monthly variance and outlook analysis
Model possible financial outcomes and optimize their solutions
Responsible for monthly and quarterly department financial data analysis, business plans and financial reporting
Interface with departments, senior management, and business users to map out and document business reporting requirements
Supports the department’s management with financial and other reporting needs
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have demonstrated proficiency for all the responsibilities of a Financial Analyst
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related field or equivalent work experience required
Five (5) years of experience in financial analysis required
Five (5) years of experience in data mining, data analysis and data modeling techniques required
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio required
Preferred
Prior Business Intelligence development and design is preferred
Experience with SQL databases, IBM AS400 systems and a DB2 database is preferred
Working knowledge of SharePoint preferred
Knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative data collection, metrics & analysis preferred
Knowledge in developing reports from scratch using Business Objects or Crystal Reports preferred
