Responsibilities
Support the technical strategy for customers and prospects by assisting with solution discussions, product demonstrations, and technical walkthroughs
Collaborate with Sales to design and present business and technical solutions aligned with customer requirements
Contribute to technical proposals, Statements of Work (SoW), and supporting documentation for customer opportunities, including RFI/RFP responses
Participate in customer discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops, applying industry best practices
Act as a technical advisor by mapping customer business needs to the LeapXpert product portfolio
Work with internal Product and Engineering teams to support integrations, configurations, and customer-specific solution requirements
Qualification
Required
4+ years of industry experience working with SaaS-based products
Hands-on experience supporting customer-facing activities such as discovery sessions, product demos, or technical workshops
Good understanding of cloud platforms, software deployment concepts, and basic project implementation methodologies
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, Engineering, and customer teams
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred
Experience in compliance, messaging, or AI technologies
Industry certifications in MSFT, AWS, and Google Technologies
Spanish speaking language proficiency
