Responsibilities
Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client needs
Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations as necessary
Collaborate with Florida Bar Certified Attorney on case management and strategy development
Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures
Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting practice areas
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar association
Strong research skills and the ability to write clearly and persuasively
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Preferred
3-10 years' experience in a law office setting
Familiarity with community association (condominium and homeowners association) practice, real estate litigation, commercial litigation, and miscellaneous real estate/ business transactional issues
