Responsibilities
Assist the Inside Sales Team with lead follow-ups, emails, and scheduling calls
Manage CRM data entry and ensure customer records are up to date
Handle inbound sales inquiries and direct potential customers to the right courses
Support outbound sales initiatives, including follow-up calls and emails
Provide detailed course and membership information to prospective clients
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance the customer journey
Maintain a professional and knowledgeable presence in all customer interactions
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a professional and knowledgeable presence in all customer interactions
Preferred
Experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
