Facilitate product webinars
Actively involved in collaboratively testing the FICS software for quality assurance
Qualification
Required
At least three years of hands-on experience in residential loan servicing within the mortgage industry
A solid understanding of mortgage loan servicing
Knowledge in escrow administration
Knowledge in ARM analysis
Knowledge in payment processing
Knowledge in IRS reporting
Ability to provide high-quality support related to mortgage loan servicing software
Ability to interact with customers through phone calls and emails
Ability to conduct training sessions on FICS software
Ability to facilitate product webinars
Ability to collaboratively test the FICS software for quality assurance
