Responsibilities

Own monthly and quarterly close cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation

Accelerate close timelines through process improvements and automation

Supervise and mentor a Staff Accountant

Oversee AP workflows including POs, GRNI, prepaids, and deposits

Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Draft technical accounting memos for complex transactions under US GAAP

Manage audits from the company side, ensuring smooth coordination and timely completion

Handle ASC 606 (Revenue), ASC 842 (Leases), ASC 718 (Stock Comp), and equity accounting

Automate workflows and implement new accounting systems

Evaluate ERP solutions (Odoo experience is a plus) and drive system upgrades

Design scalable processes for consolidations and intercompany eliminations

Partner with Revenue Accounting and other teams on technical topics

Support strategic projects and initiatives across finance and operations
