Responsibilities

Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as operating profit, costs, and return on equity
Reviews analytical results, develops insight suggestions for investment and cost reduction
Present the monthly financial performance of the NY business unit
Develop financial models and perform scenario analytics to support investment decisions, prospective rate filings, and other strategic initiatives
Support NY CFO and NY leadership team with data-driven analysis
Partner with Accounting counterparts within the Controllership to ensure proper tie-in between record to report and plan to perform processes (i.e. bridge from actuals to budget/forecast)
Drives continued step-change to improve plan to perform process while maintaining necessary SOX requirements
Work with other leaders and peers within the Global CFO organization to drive an inclusive and collaborative team environment
Develop and manage a highly motivated, capable and adequately resourced team, driving a performance management culture that delivers value through employee engagement
