Account Manager
A2C specializes in combining comprehensive staffing with cutting-edge cloud services, focusing on AI, ML, Data Management, Cloud Migrations, and Application Development. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing established client accounts, developing and maintaining new long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.

Identifying opportunities for growth within the account
Facilitating client onboarding
Coordinating with the project team to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
Qualification
Required
Must live in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area
2+ years of Cloud sales experience, preferably AWS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in client account management and customer service
Possesses the ability to manage multiple clients concurrently
Understanding of AI, ML, Data Management, Cloud Migrations, and Application Development
Problem-solving skills and ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions
Ability to work independently and remotely
Preferred
Experience in the technology or cloud services industry is a plus
