Responsibilities

Assisting with potential scheduling, communications, and the gathering of documentation to ensure efficient functioning within the unit
Support faculty and staff onboarding and appointment processes
Collecting affiliate paperwork and initiating communications for submission to the Human Resources (HR) Manager
Drafting teaching agreements for HR review
Processing dual and added source appointment requests
Preparing appointment request letters
Coordinating orientation activities for new faculty and staff
Managing purchase requests
Creating new vendors within our system
Accurately entering receipts for all purchases
Submitting supplier invoice requests in a timely and organized manner
Managing and producing engaging content across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok) for seven divisions within our healthcare education programs
Developing targeted content strategies
Managing multiple social media accounts
Tailoring messaging to diverse audiences in academic and professional healthcare settings
Content creation, scheduling, analytics reporting, and maintaining a cohesive brand voice across divisions

Required

A high school diploma and four years relevant experience in business management, public administration or administrative services; or a bachelor's degree and two years experience in business management, public administration or administrative services
Ability to perform job functions in an upright position

Ability to work outdoors in all weather and temperature extremes
Ability to work in confined/cramped spaces
