Payroll Administrator
Rallye Motor Company is Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team. The role involves processing payroll for 500 employees across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with payroll laws and maintaining accurate payroll records.

Responsibilities
Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, commissions, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions
Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and benefits changes
Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires and terminations
Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
Maintain employee payroll files
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of commission based payroll experience
ADP Workforce now experience
Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skill
Preferred
Experience working in an automotive sales and service environment highly desirable
CDK experience is desirable
