Responsibilities
Own and drive net new revenue with a focus on building pipeline and closing new Workday consulting service deals
Proactively manage the entire sales lifecycle
Cultivate relationships with Workday customers and field teams to position Helios as the partner of choice
Develop account strategies that align with Helios’ strengths and client needs
Collaborate with delivery leaders to ensure solutions are compelling and executable
Identify high-potential clients and shape winning opportunities
Track progress and provide timely updates to leadership using CRM tools
Qualification
Required
Proven success in selling professional services in the Workday ecosystem
Solid understanding of the Workday platform and the customer buying journey
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives
Comfort navigating complex deal cycles
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting practices
