Responsibilities

Define and champion a multi-year product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives

Partner with stakeholders to identify market needs, customer pain points, and high-impact solutions

Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and serve as a central point of communication

Provide technical guidance on system architecture, APIs, and trade-offs to ensure scalability, performance, and security

Establish KPIs, monitor product performance, and use data-driven insights to guide product evolution

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements

Mentor and coach product managers, elevating technical and product management standards

Define and uphold best practices across product teams

Promote collaboration, continuous improvement, and agile excellence

Required

8+ years of experience partnering closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders

10+ years of experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and leading product-oriented delivery teams

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, with the ability to translate user journeys and design artifacts into production-ready products

Proven track record delivering complex technology products in agile environments

Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels

Experience working directly with end users to define epics, features, and user stories

Experience with cloud-based platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
