Call Center Representative

SolomonEdwards is partnering with a leading, nationwide mortgage lender to identify Customer Experience Specialists supporting consumer direct lending. The role involves guiding consumers through the loan origination process and providing excellent customer service in a call center environment.

Responsibilities

Operate in a call center environment as a customer success advocate
Answer high-volume inbound calls and/or texts from current customers in a timely and professional manner
Perform routine data entry and data validation tasks with a high level of accuracy
Handle routine calls, emails, and/or chat inquiries from internal employees, consumers, and authorized third parties
Partner with multiple internal departments to help expedite processing and resolve issues
Follow established procedures, scripts, and compliance guidelines
Perform additional related duties as assigned
Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s culture and core values

Required

5+ years of call center or customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills

Preferred

Bilingual Spanish is a plus
General understanding of federal, state, and local mortgage regulations is a plus
