Responsibilities
Lead and manage banquet operations, including setup, service, and breakdown of all events
Oversee banquet event orders (BEOs), coordinate with Sales, Culinary, and Front-of-House teams for flawless execution
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop banquet staff to uphold luxury service standards
Monitor departmental budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities (e.g., upsell, premium service enhancements)
Maintain high service quality, address guest needs proactively, and resolve issues with professionalism
Ensure compliance with safety, alcohol service, and hotel operating standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of banquet/event leadership experience in a luxury hotel or resort
Strong operational, financial, and team leadership capabilities
Proven ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Catering, Culinary, and other departments
Exceptional guest service orientation and communication skills
Preferred
Hospitality degree or related education
