Responsibilities
Report to the CFO
Work closely with a talented team of CPA's and accounting professionals
Handle Financial Reporting and SEC Compliance including preparation of detailed financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures in compliance with SEC, FASB, and PCAOB regulations
Handle Form 10-K and 10-Q filings and XBRL issues
Design and maintain internal controls over financial reporting
Qualification
Required
CPA
12+ years of progressive accounting experience (combo of public and private accounting experience highly preferred)
Experienced with Financial Reporting and SEC Compliance including preparation of detailed financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures in compliance with SEC, FASB, and PCAOB regulations, as well as handling Form 10-K and 10-Q filings and XBRL issues
Deep working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and key principles of application for a wide array of finance and accounting areas
Superior technical accounting knowledge and exposure is essential in areas including but not limited to: ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 805 and complex scenarios including revenue recognition, lease accounting, and M&A accounting
Strong Internal Controls and Compliance exposure is required; Able to design and maintain internal controls over financial reporting
Expertise in ERP and General Ledger systems (SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft preferred), with proficiency in reconciliation software and SEC reporting tools like Wdesk are preferred
Preferred
