Responsibilities

Support external PGC (Professional Generated Content) creators in growing their presence on TikTok, including designing growth strategies and operational plans

Collect and analyze key challenges faced by creators during their TikTok journey, and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely solutions

Monitor and optimize creator performance through data analysis, continuously improving engagement and influence on the platform

Stay on top of content trends and user needs, and develop creator growth strategies that enhance the overall content ecosystem

Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term development on the platform

Required

Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026

Passionate and experienced user of content platforms, with deep understanding of content ecosystems and creator growth

Strong data sense and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Goal-oriented, with excellent project management and cross-team collaboration skills

Able to work fluently in a fully English-speaking environment (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)

Solid understanding of new media ecosystems, short video content trends, and overseas user behavior

Preferred

Prior experience in creator operations/content operations at internet companies is a strong plus
