Responsibilities

Perform accounting reconciliations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and transitory accounts

Manage and execute payment runs to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments

Provide operational support for month-end close activities

Perform clearing activities and actively monitor and resolve open items

Coordinate closely with SAP and VIM teams to ensure proper invoice processing and posting

Manage and reconcile corporate credit card transactions and statements

Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards

Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed

Identify and support process improvements related to accounts payable and accounting operations
