Required

2-5+ years hands on Salesforce administration (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)
Experience with data tools (Data Loader/Dataloader.io/Workbench) and ITSM ticketing (ServiceNow/Jira)
Proficiency with Flows, security model (profiles/permission sets/sharing), object configuration, dashboards/reports
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder-facing skills; Comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
