Business Development Manager
Legacy South is focused on building communities that enhance the lives of urban-minded individuals. The Business Development Manager will lead the City Living brand's business development efforts by driving awareness and engagement through strategic marketing and realtor engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and lead the VIP Agent Program, actively building relationships with key buyer’s agents, brokerages, and referral networks to drive realtor appointments to our Model Home Gallery
Plan, promote, and host regular, high-impact events and classes (e.g., Realtor open houses, first-time buyer workshops, "meet the builder" sessions) to build traffic and brand awareness
Represent the City Living brand at local networking events, associations, and community organizations
Partner with the City Living Growth Marketer to execute the New Home Gallery Marketing Strategy, ensuring the Gallery is positioned as the essential first stop for all City Living prospects
Qualification
Required
Sales or Business Development Professional with 5+ years of experience
Magnetic & Relational: Builds trust naturally through authentic connections
Disciplined & Data-Driven: Measures performance and adjusts based on results
Entrepreneurial: Takes ownership of outcomes and seeks constant improvement
Brand Ambassador: Embodies the City Living aesthetic, values, and mission in every interaction and is highly comfortable being on screen and communicating in front of groups
