Insurance Sales Manager
Guardian Service is transforming personal insurance to make coverage simpler, smarter, and more transparent. As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of licensed insurance agents to help customers find the right coverage and protection for their needs while driving production results and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of licensed insurance agents to meet and exceed production goals
Conduct ongoing coaching, call reviews, and performance feedback sessions to strengthen results
Collaborate with leadership to improve lead distribution, training, and agent performance
Monitor key sales metrics and identify trends or opportunities for improvement
Support agents in developing their sales and service skills to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
Partner cross-functionally with Tech and Marketing to create a seamless experience for customers
Help recruit, onboard, and train new team members as Guardian continues to scale
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of insurance sales management experience
Previous experience in sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
A passion for customer success
Must possess an active Property & Casualty insurance license
