Call Center Specialist
Sterling Search Partners is assisting a client in Birmingham in their search for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database
Collaborate with team members and departments to improve customer service processes
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume and customer satisfaction
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer systems and software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
Preferred
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
