Responsibilities
Perform full clerical, administrative, and general office duties
Receive and screen telephone calls and/or visitors
Schedule appointments and plan meetings, conferences, and travel
Handle highly confidential information and files
Proofread and review correspondence, presentations, and similar
Receive and record payments
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required. Associates degree preferred
1 or more years of administrative/office experience
Ability to produce quality, timely, and accurate work
Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate a high degree of tact, discretion, and diplomacy
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited direction
Strong working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office products
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
Enthusiastic support of the Trust Lands Administration's mission to generate revenue for the trust beneficiaries
