Sales Manager
Dhanani Group is one of the world’s top ranked QSR franchise owners, specializing in restaurant franchises. The Sales Manager will focus on driving local sales growth for the Pizza Hut brand through market visits, partnership development, and managing sales teams.
Responsibilities
Manage several Sales Captains (each captain oversees LSM for ~10 stores)
Conduct regular market visits with Sales Captains; tour restaurants and find local opportunities
Create and Manage a calendar for the Sales Captains and yourself; what is the focus each day/week (i.e. visiting X restaurant, working on hotel business)
Create and Manage a sales tracker for the Sales Captains to monitor performance, partnerships, event outcomes, and revenue impact
Research and identify local community sales opportunities; schools, businesses, events, apartments/hotels, and hand off to the Sales Captains to secure
Develop and coordinate promotional flyers and sales materials in alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Work with Sales Captains to support and execute special events, including school activations, community events, in-store promotions, and off-site sales initiatives
Update Marketing Director on Local Marketing ideas and Sales Captain’s progress
Track competitor activity and local market trends, providing actionable recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in sales management, field sales, or local marketing, preferably in QSR, food & beverage, or retail
Strong organizational skills with experience managing calendars, trackers, and reports
Experience working with schools, community groups, or local partnerships
Proficiency in basic design tools or templates for flyer and promotional material creation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience in restaurant or franchise-based environments is a plus
Familiarity with local event planning and grassroots marketing
Strategic sales planning and execution
Relationship building and partnership development
Data tracking and performance analysis
Creative thinking with strong attention to brand consistency
