Cennox is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support their Sales team members managing large accounts and high-value orders. The role involves order entry, CRM updates, customer onboarding, and ensuring accuracy throughout the order lifecycle to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

Support Sales with order entry, pricing accuracy, quoting, and documentation for large or complex orders

Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate account, opportunity, contact, and activity data

Assist with new customer onboarding, including account setup, documentation collection, internal coordination, and milestone tracking

Complete daily invoice reviews, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely closure of invoices

Assist with RMA creation, tracking, and communication; coordinate replacement shipments with Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service teams

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve order issues and improve processes

Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to Sales or customers as needed

Identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements to reduce errors and improve turnaround times
