Responsibilities
Analyze, document, and map complex business processes to Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities
X++ and SSRS Reporting and Systems Enhancements
Configure the Dynamics 365 application, including security roles, workflow status and updates, business rules, and entities/tables
Conduct functional testing (UAT support) and provide end-user training and documentation
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform - F&O
Experience with X++
Experience with SSRS
Proficient in translating complex business requirements into technical solutions
Hands-on development/configuration experience
Analyze, document, and map complex business processes to Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities
Configure the Dynamics 365 application, including security roles, workflow status and updates, business rules, and entities/tables
Conduct functional testing (UAT support)
Provide end-user training and documentation
Strong background in post-implementation support and ticketing
