The role involves month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, along with various financial analyses and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements in accordance with IFRS/US GAAP.

Responsibilities
Month-end, quarter-end & year-end closing
Monthly, quarterly balance sheet and P&L Fluctuation Analysis
Monthly expense variance analysis
Monthly COGS analysis – LC/MC/OC
Income Statement analysis including horizontal and vertical analysis
Balance sheet accounts reconciliations
Government reporting including US census
Payroll accounting – understanding and posting journal entries
Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with IFRS/ US GAAP and compliance to internal policies
Interface with management in various departments, including engineering, sales operations, IT and legal
Qualification
Required
Deadline oriented
Strong desire and willingness to learn
Bachelor's degree with preference in Business field (Accounting or Finance is a huge plus but not required)
Strong technical accounting background
Business Korean and English is required
Strong Excel experience required
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills
Team player and have ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization
Open to and willingness to do ad-hoc assignments
Preferred
SAP experience is a plus
SAP module, FI, TR, AA, IM, SD, MM experience is a huge plus but not required
