Responsibilities

Own and run the PMO and governance layer for large SAP S/4HANA programs
Establish and manage program planning, milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, and financial tracking
Support SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts , with focus on SD / Order-to-Cash, Services, and Manufacturing
Provide clear, concise executive-level status reporting to leadership and steering committees
Coordinate across multiple SAP workstreams, vendors, and system integrators to ensure alignment
Proactively identify risks, raise issues early, and help drive decisions to resolution
Track budgets, forecasts, change requests , and ensure transparency with no surprises
Partner closely with plant, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions align with real-world automotive processes

Required

10+ years of experience in management consulting, PMO leadership, or SAP program management
Strong hands-on experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformations
Solid understanding of SAP SD / Order-to-Cash, Services in a manufacturing environment
Prior experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industries
Proven ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders and steering committees
Experience bridging business expectations and SAP delivery realities
Comfortable operating independently in fast-paced, high-visibility programs
