Responsibilities
Fax Processing and Validation: Take ownership of incoming faxes by evaluating and validating route paths within DataCap to ensure they reach their correct final destination. You will also evaluate and redirect any misfiled faxes to the appropriate queue
Care Coordination Tool (CCT) System Management: Manage user accounts for various CCT systems, including Careport Intake (Navi), Referral Manager (Allscripts), MyAiden, Ensocare, and Ensocare VA. Responsibilities include resetting passwords, creating new accounts, and updating access levels
DPP Administrative Assistance: Provide email and phone support for the DaVita Physician Portal (DPP), assisting with new account creation, password resets, and administrative account approvals. This also includes completing related SNOW tickets
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong documentation skills and a commitment to adhering to compliance protocols
Effective planning and time management abilities
The ability to multitask and manage multiple systems and workflows simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
On-site presence is required once a month at our office in Malvern, PA or Englewood, CO
