ClearBridge Technology Group is seeking a Business Analyst to support their Continuous Improvement Program for a client in the real estate sector. The role involves driving change management, creating training materials, and supporting data analysis to enhance the program's effectiveness.

Information Technology

Responsibilities

Partner closely with the CIP Lead to drive change management

Build high-quality communications and training materials

Support data-driven storytelling that strengthens leader understanding and adoption of CIP across the organization

Help shape the CIP Playbook

Develop info session content

Structure training and enablement materials

Assist with data analysis to inform insights and narratives

Qualification

Required

5+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst, or similar

2+ years' supporting Continuous Improvement programs and initiatives

Experience building decks for executive leadership, info sessions, and training content (PowerPoint, Excel)

Experience conducting analysis (survey results, scoring curves, CIP performance analytics etc.) and converting data into simple visuals and insights

Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Preferred

PowerBI experience is a plus
