Handled peta-byte scale imaging data
Handled clinical and omics data
Extensive experience on AWS cloud services pertaining to data architecture e.g., Glue, S3, FSx for Lustre, Collibra, Redshift, Lake Formation, Postgres etc
Knowledge of imaging standards e.g. DICOM, NIFTI
Worked in radiology & digital pathology
Worked in ophthalmology / neurology / oncology disease areas
DICOM & Non-DICOM protocol and formats
