Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce
Support existing Salesforce applications and contribute to CT-KIND system development
Participate in all SDLC phases: requirements, design, development, testing, and support
Apply OOP principles, design patterns, CRUD, and SOQL
Create and maintain technical documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff
Qualification
Required
10+ years of overall development experience
5+ years of Salesforce development (Apex OOP, design patterns)
Experience with JavaScript frameworks, SQL, and full-stack web development
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Knowledge of .NET, SOA, and enterprise integrations preferred
