Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the Server Services strategic roadmap aligned with company goals
Identify market trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies to inform strategy
Drive annual and quarterly business planning processes, including financial forecasting and resource allocation
Define and track KPIs to measure organizational success
Conduct business reviews and provide actionable insights to leadership
Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability
Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on priorities
Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives on strategic decisions
Facilitate communication and reporting across global teams
Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
Recommend strategies to maintain market leadership and drive growth
Oversee strategic projects from conception to execution
Ensure timely delivery of initiatives within scope and budget
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
8+ years in business strategy, planning, or related roles within technology or enterprise services
Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering measurable results
Experience in server, compute, or IT infrastructure industry is highly desirable
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to influence and lead in a matrixed organization
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and strategic planning frameworks
