Responsibilities

Oversee and grow the third-party party asset portfolios, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment

Manage and partner with Regional Leasing Managers, engineering, and development teams to streamline processes and deliver on timelines

Coordinate and lead weekly calls with the utility partners to discuss active applications and carrier developments

Refine and optimize the third-party leasing processes to benefit the overall program timelines and customer experience

Manage relationships with third-party consultants, utility companies, and other vendors

Lead negotiations for utility-related agreements and integrate new portfolios into workflows

Manage, guide, mentor, and provide performance feedback to a team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration

Provide regular updates to the Vice President Real Estate and executive leadership on 3rd party real estate metrics and project milestones

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, engineering, urban planning or other related field

8-10 years of industry experience in telecom, utilities, or infrastructure real estate

Knowledge of the utility industry processes and procedures is required

Strong negotiation, contract management, and regulatory compliance skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill

Preferred

Previous tower and other communication infrastructure operations experience is preferred
