Senior Product Manager / Product Marketing Manager

archTIS is seeking a Senior Product Manager / Product Marketing Manager who will own the business success of assigned products across their full lifecycle. The role involves defining product strategy, conducting market research, and ensuring alignment across various teams to deliver customer value and drive commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

You will contribute to the definition and ongoing refinement of product vision and strategy, ensuring roadmap priorities are aligned to customer needs, revenue potential, and overall business impact
You will define and document business requirements for new features, enhancements, and product capabilities, partnering closely with Engineering to align commercial intent with technical feasibility and delivery plans
You will own visibility into product performance by tracking feature usage, adoption metrics, KPIs, and overall product profitability, and will collaborate with Finance on pricing, packaging, and commercial evaluation activities
You will lead competitive analysis, market research, and persona development to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, you will gather win/loss insights, customer feedback, and adoption data, translating qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product and go-to-market recommendations
You will partner with Marketing to develop product launch strategies, positioning, and core messaging that resonate with target buyers
This includes creating product briefs, value narratives, white papers, and customer-facing collateral
You will support Sales Enablement through training sessions, pitch materials, competitive battle cards, FAQs, and product demonstrations, and will lead product pilots and early customer feedback initiatives for new capabilities
You will act as the primary connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Program Management, ensuring alignment on roadmap priorities, customer outcomes, and launch readiness
You will facilitate alignment forums, prepare executive-level updates, and monitor progress against key deliverables to ensure transparency and accountability
You will own the business performance of the product throughout its lifecycle, identifying opportunities to improve adoption, retention, and expansion
This includes identifying friction points across the customer journey, measuring ROI on new releases, and driving continuous improvement initiatives based on data and customer feedback
You will maintain dashboards and reporting to monitor product health and performance, identify operational gaps impacting customer experience, and build lightweight forecasting models to support investment, prioritization, and strategic decision-making

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of 7 years' experience with a strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS business models, and complex B2B or government sales cycles
Minimum of 3 years' experience in product management or product marketing
Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and problem-solve across cross-functional teams
Demonstrated experience translating complex technical capabilities into clear, customer-centric value propositions
Strong track record of designing and executing effective go-to-market programs
Excellent time management, prioritization, and execution skills in fast-moving environments
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred

Experience in cybersecurity, data protection, secure collaboration, or privacy risk management markets strongly preferred
Experience supporting or managing large-scale events is a plus
