This entry-level role focuses on developing technical skills through routine network surveillance, troubleshooting, and collaboration with higher-level engineers.

Responsibilities

Assisting with routine network surveillance
Basic system troubleshooting
Documenting incidents and their resolutions
Working closely with higher level engineers to escalate issues beyond your scope
Learning to prioritize tasks in a dynamic 24x7 network operations center environment
Engaging in training sessions to enhance knowledge of deployed technologies
Contributing to maintaining operational documentation

Qualification

Required

Associate degree or 1 to 2 years of telecommunications experience required
At least 2 years professional level technical or engineering experience with at least 1 year of experience in a similar industry; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related Engineering/Technical experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Effective interpersonal skills for engaging with customers, management, and team members
Able to prioritize in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
