Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver learning content and programs (workshops, eLearning modules, toolkits, onboarding guides, etc.) for attorneys and business professionals
Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to align training initiatives with organizational goals
Support CLE programs, including reviewing materials, tracking attendance, evaluating sessions, and maintaining records
Manage projects from design to evaluation, incorporating feedback and learning data for continuous improvement
Contribute to onboarding and career development initiatives by establishing and maintaining learning paths
Stay current on best practices in adult learning, instructional design, and professional services development trends
Support internal communications around learning opportunities and resources
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of Learning & Development experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
Excellent communication, collaboration, and writing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning technologies (LMS platforms such as ViDesktop, Articulate, Rise, etc.)
Preferred
Familiarity with CLE program requirements a plus
